1) Who we are

Bill’s Service provides light-, medium-, and heavy-duty towing & recovery, roadside assistance, and dump-truck hauling from our location at [49 Gleason Ave, Stamford, CT 06902]. Some services are dispatched by phone and performed offline on service tickets that include additional terms.

Estimates. Any quotes given online or by phone are estimates only. Final charges may include mileage, winch time, wait time, labor, special equipment, tolls, after-hours rates, storage, and other lawful fees. Payment. Payment is due at completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept [cards/ACH/cash/company checks]. Unpaid balances may accrue late charges and collection costs. Liens & storage. If a unit is dispatched and you cancel or are unavailable, we may charge a call-out or minimum fee.

(The above summarizes common service terms. Your signed service ticket controls.)
